TRAVEL GRANTS

The travel grants for the WAMS 2024 will be provided to needy full-time students/research scholars. Sleeper Class fare will be reimbursed to the selected students. They need to submit Travel ticket and student ID card at the time of registration. It is expected that the selected students should become the IEEE Student Member (if they are not a member).

Criteria for the Award of Travel Grant

The Travel Grant to WAMS – 2024 will be awarded based on the following criteria:

  • Compulsory submission of at least one paper by the applicant
  • Quality of the paper
  • In time submission of the Travel Grant Form with all details
  • Preference will be given to the IEEE members

How to apply ?

Please fill out the attached Travel Grant Form. Along with your College ID Card, send it to Dr. A.V.S.Swathi at chair.wams2024@gmail.com through email.
