All accepted and registered papers under this conference will be published in Springer, Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (Pending Approval). Springer LNEE is now indexed by: ISI Proceedings, DBLP, Ulrich’s, EI Compendex, SCOPUS, Zentralblatt Math, MetaPress, Springerlink.
